Queen Elizabeth – her public appearance last week (B1/B2)

The Queen has visited the Royal Windsor Horse show – a rare outing for Her Majesty, who has been forced to cancel several recent appearances. The monarch, 96, is known for her passion for equestrianism, and was seen beaming at the horses from her Land Rover. Mobility issues have forced her to take a step back from public life in recent months; this is the first time she’s been seen in public since Prince Philip’s memorial service in March.
